Cat R. Waul

I've been checking out some movies I haven't seen in a long time, including an old childhood favorite of mine; "An American Tail". I decided to watch the sequel soon after, and... well, I may be alone on this, but I think it's the best of the four films! Cat R. Waul was my favorite character in that film (evil, but still has enough charm that makes him a sophisticated cornball), so I figured why not draw him?
