Wii U Checklist by FreezingIceKirby Wii U Checklist by FreezingIceKirby
This is based on a "Chalk Board" image that's been floating around on video game message boards for a while.

It's no secret the Wii U is in some serious trouble... what with Nintendo shortening their sales forecast from 9 million down to 2.8.  Still, Nintendo fans are hopeful, and they have an idea of what could save the console!

This long piece of paper lists off what could potentially save the Wii U!  Of course, this list gets shorter and shorter all the time... but you never know!!!

Each entry will be marked off in red when they fail to do so. I expect the whole image to be nothing but red in a couple years...

(Don't take this image too personally... it was made just for fun.  As someone who owns a Wii U, I'm allowed to poke fun at the console and at myself for buying the damn thing.)

I have about three games, myself; Super Mario 3D World, Rayman Legends, and NintendoLand.  SM3DW is pretty darn awesome, but I couldn't really get into the other two (which is a shame, because I was looking forward to Rayman Legends for such a long time...).

The games are just too expensive for my budget... not to mention a lack of interest for many of them.

The WiiU is absolute garbage. It's a flop from top to bottom, it's the most ignored cons- ...Actually i'll stop there, at least it garners more attention than the Xbox One.

For me, it seemed so promising at the start... which is why I bought one.  I was so excited when I did, too... needless to say, that excitement has died and gone to heaven.  If it weren't for a few upcoming games I'd like to play, I'd sell the damn thing and at least attempt to get back some of my money.

(I did learn one important lesson though; never buy a console during its first year... maybe even its second.)

Nowadays, I get more use out of the Wii side of it... and using the Internet browser on the Gamepad whenever my computer's busy doing something.  Hasn't been worth the $200 I paid for it so far, that's for sure. :tears:

(Super Mario 3D World was a fine game though... but again, not enough to justify the $200.)
