A rather obscure character from an old Disney movie called "The Three Caballeros".
Why did this character never become popular!? He's... he's so awesome! Great character design, hilarious personality, and he's just so, so, sooooo entertaining! I immediately fell in love with this character when I seen him... in fact, he even became a favorite character of mine, in-general! I hope we get to see more of him some day.

I love this guy! Yeah, I'm not quite sure about the singing girl/flower either, but what can ya do. And Jose smoking cigars, yeah... but I still love the movie!!!
